A training platform people actually finish
BHN is a training platform built to get people productive fast and keep them in the loop as it evolves. The work was as much about the seams — onboarding, changelogs, deploy discipline — as the features themselves.
The idea
Training tools fail when they're confusing on day one and silent after. The goal was a platform that guides new users by the hand and tells everyone what changed, every time something does.
What I did
Built on Next.js and Prisma with guided onboarding tours, a seeded changelog that updates with every user-visible change, and role-aware content so each person sees what's theirs. A migration-driven deploy pipeline keeps production honest.
Outcome
A platform that onboards itself and stays transparent as it grows — less hand-holding, fewer support questions, more finished trainings.
